Who actually owns the software when it's done?
You do. 100% of the code, 100% of the data, 100% transferable. If you ever want to fire us and have your nephew's IT friend take over — go ahead. We hand you the keys, the documentation, and walk away. We are not in the business of holding your software hostage.
What about hosting and ongoing costs?
The first 30 days of hosting on enterprise-grade infrastructure are included. After that, you have two options: (1) Managed hosting from us — $49/month, we monitor, backup, keep it running. (2) Transfer to your own AWS/Vercel account — we provide the migration instructions free of charge.
What if I need changes after the 30 days?
Three options: (1) Micro-changes ($299): small tweaks (button color, new field, email template) — done in 48 hours. (2) Maintenance retainer ($499/month): 2 hours of changes per month, monitoring, backups. (3) Bigger overhaul ($1,999): another 30-day cycle to add a major new feature. You decide what fits — no surprise invoices.
Why are you so much cheaper than ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?
We're not the same product. ServiceTitan is a $400/month-per-user platform that locks you in forever — designed to fit every HVAC business. We build a custom solution that fits your specific business, you pay once ($1,999), you own it. ServiceTitan has 800 features you don't use. We build the 5 features you actually need.
How can you build something custom for $1,999? Where's the catch?
No catch. Three reasons: (1) We use AI-assisted development tools that compress weeks of work into days. (2) We're a small team — no sales reps, no fancy office, no agency overhead. (3) We've productized the process — same proven framework, customized to your business. You get the savings.
Where are you based? Can I meet you in person?
We're a software studio based in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, with clients across the U.S., Italy, and the EU. Everything is delivered remotely and async — no flights needed. If you want to chat live before signing, we do one 20-minute video call to answer questions. After that, it's all in writing.
What happens if I sign up but my business needs change mid-project?
That's exactly what the day-15 checkpoint is for. You see what's been built, you fill out the revision form with all the changes you want. As long as the changes fit within the original solution scope, they're included. If they expand the scope significantly (e.g., adding a totally new feature), we'll let you know up front and quote you a clean number — no surprise invoices.
How do I know you'll actually deliver and not disappear?
The 30/70 split is your protection. You only risk $599 (the 30% deposit). If by day 15 we haven't delivered a working preview that matches the spec, you get the $599 back — no fight. The remaining $1,400 is paid only after final delivery on day 30, when the system is live. We get paid when you're satisfied. That's the deal.
